LAI Abiraterone

Metastatic prostate cancer. Lead programme, building on our most developed delivery platform. Initiating formulation development under a gated plan, progressing towards in vivo PK and tolerability data and, subsequently, Phase 1 human PK and safety as the target strategic inflexion point.

Resiquimod MAP

Cutaneous SCC. Applying our microarray patch platform to deliver localised immune activation with limited systemic exposure. Early-stage programme; formulation and regulatory strategy in development.

LAI Glecaprevir/Pibrentasvir

Chronic HCV. A long-acting injectable designed to convert a multi-week oral regimen into a single-administration intervention. Advancing through IND-enabling studies with academic partners.

LAI Rifapentine/Isoniazid

Tuberculosis prevention. Rifapentine/isoniazid underpins WHO-recommended short-course preventive therapy, but completion is limited by weeks of repeat oral dosing. A long-acting injectable is designed to deliver a full preventive course in a single administration. Advancing through IND-enabling studies with academic partners.
